  1. Return/Replacement Validity:
    You must raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Mandatory Unboxing Video:
    A clear and unedited unboxing video is required as proof for any return or replacement claim.

    • The video must start before opening the package.

    • Ensure the shipping label and product are clearly visible.

    • Any damage or defect must be shown clearly in the video.

  3. Applicable Only for Damaged/Defective Items:
    This policy applies only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.


❌ Not Eligible For Return/Replacement If:

  • No unboxing video is provided.

  • The damage is reported after 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling after delivery.

  • The product was purchased during a clearance/sale marked as “Final Sale” unless received damaged.


🔁 How to Request a Return or Replacement:

  1. Record a video while opening the package.

  2. Email us at support@crazyfashion.xyz or WhatsApp our support team with:

    • Your Order ID

    • The unboxing video

    • A short description of the issue

  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and guide you through the return or replacement process.

  • We reserve the right to approve or deny returns if the submitted proof does not meet our policy requirements.

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be processed.
